Only 36 Unit Plans make up the Croatan Surf Club. There is a mixture of two and three bedroom townhomes and flats. The two story townhome units boast an 8'11" ceiling on both floors and the fourth floor flats all have vaulted ceilings. Some of our units have monument views and all of them will have at least a partial ocean view. There are three elevators for our guests' convenience and there are two parking spaces under roof for each unit with additional outdoor overflow parking. There are many different floor plans and prices. Please contact us for pricing and with any specific questions on a particular unit. All of our units are pre sale priced to be at or near break even with 20% to 30% down. |
